Because we ship directly from our partners' facilities from various countries throughout the world, your purchase(s) may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.


How much does shipping cost?

All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.

If an item is listed as FREE you only have to pay for the shipping cost to your location, if you buy two or more of the item there is a discount on the shipping for the second, third... item.


Why the products are free?

The purpose of giving away free items is let’s everybody know about us as much as we can. Please note that the free offer is limited in quantity and time.


How many free items can I buy in an order?

The free offer is limited in quantity, therefore to be fair for every customer, you can only get one free item. If you still want to buy more (for your friends, family,...), shipping cost for each additional item will be charged as the first item (a discount might be applied depends on the item and your exact location).


How Long does delivery take?

Jewelries & Accesories: Please allow 2-3 weeks.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@luxsgear.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).


Do you deliver products internationally?

Luxsgear successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

Occasionally we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping costs to some areas of the world but we always try to ensure our products are available to everyone.


How do I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.


Return/Refund policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order (wrong item, defective product, etc.),. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

Kindly return it to us in it's original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we'll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… They will get to you! :-)
